Realistic T-Rex Skull Mask | Wearable Dinosaur Cosplay Helmet

Realistic T-Rex Skull Mask is a finished wearable dinosaur helmet measuring approximately 50 cm (19.7 in) long. The main skull structure is 3D printed from plastic, assembled, sanded and hand-painted with a layered fossil-bone finish.

The mask includes a flexible lower jaw mounted with an elastic band and an adjustable three-point harness supporting the forehead, chin and back of the head. It is intended for dinosaur cosplay, theatrical costumes, photography, Halloween, LARP character builds and display.

How Does the T-Rex Skull Mask Fit?

The harness uses three adjustable elastic support points positioned around the forehead, chin and back of the head. Adjust the straps gradually until the skull remains centred without excessive pressure at any single contact point.

The mask weighs approximately 1.25 kg (2.76 lb). Fit and comfort will depend on the wearer’s head shape, strap adjustment, costume layers and length of use. Test the complete costume before an event and take breaks when needed.

Visibility and Ventilation

The skull design contains eye, nasal and cranial openings that provide sightlines and airflow. Actual visibility depends on the wearer’s head position and harness adjustment. Practise walking in a clear area before using the mask at an event, on stage or around other people.
