Terms of service

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 30, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the 3DPrintProps website and purchases made through our online store.

Throughout these Terms, “3DPrintProps”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the 3DPrintProps store. “You” and “customer” refer to any person accessing the website or purchasing products from us.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with any policies and product-specific terms referenced on this website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, waives, or limits any mandatory consumer rights or statutory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

1. About Our Store

3DPrintProps is an independent 3D printing, prop-making, digital design, leatherworking, and handmade accessories workshop.

We sell products including:

  • finished cosplay props and replicas;
  • 3D-printed and resin-printed products;
  • costume accessories;
  • masks and helmets;
  • leather holsters, belts, and accessories;
  • decorative and collectible products;
  • wedding accessories;
  • custom and personalised products;
  • made-to-order physical products;
  • STL and other 3D-printable digital files;
  • PDF patterns and templates;
  • SVG and DXF files;
  • other downloadable digital content.

Our online store is hosted using the Shopify e-commerce platform.

2. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

You may place an order only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the law applicable to you.

If you are under the age required to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, an order must be placed or authorised by a parent, guardian, or other person legally entitled to act on your behalf.

You may not use this website or our products for an unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates applicable laws or the rights of another person.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, file formats, materials, production information, and other relevant information.

Because many physical products are handmade, hand-painted, hand-finished, 3D printed, resin printed, leatherworked, or individually assembled, minor differences may occur between individual products and photographs shown on the website.

Minor variations in color, surface texture, weathering, leather grain, print texture, hand-painted details, or finish are normal characteristics of handmade and individually produced products and do not necessarily constitute a defect where the product materially conforms to its description and applicable legal requirements.

Colors displayed on a screen may also vary depending on the device, monitor, display settings, lighting, and photography conditions.

Nothing in this section affects your mandatory rights where a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, unsafe, materially not as described, or otherwise legally non-conforming.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for reviewing the product, selected options, quantity, delivery information, and price before completing the purchase.

After an order is submitted, you will normally receive an electronic order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • we are unable to complete a requested custom product;
  • there is an obvious pricing or product-listing error;
  • payment cannot be authorised or completed;
  • fraudulent or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected;
  • the order would require us to violate applicable law;
  • delivery to the requested destination is legally or practically unavailable;
  • a product cannot lawfully be supplied to the requested destination.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received and no lawful deduction applies, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method or another method agreed with you.

We will not refuse service or cancel an order for reasons prohibited by applicable discrimination or consumer protection law.

5. Prices, Payment, Taxes and Currency

Prices displayed on the website apply at the time an order is placed, unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Prices may be changed for future orders without prior notice.

The currency and taxes shown during checkout may depend on the customer's selected country or region.

Where VAT, sales tax, or another tax is collected by us at checkout, the applicable amount will be shown as part of the checkout process where required.

International physical orders may also be subject to customs duties, import VAT, brokerage charges, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or delivery provider.

Unless such charges are expressly collected by us during checkout, charges imposed separately by customs authorities, postal operators, couriers, or other third parties are the responsibility of the recipient, subject to applicable law.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply to the payment transaction.

6. Physical Products

Many physical products sold by 3DPrintProps are produced, assembled, painted, finished, or prepared after an order is placed.

Production times vary depending on the product, complexity, available materials, customization, current workload, and other circumstances.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy and, where applicable, on individual product pages.

Production and delivery estimates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed to a guaranteed date with you.

7. Made-to-Order, Custom and Personalised Products

A product being produced after an order is placed does not automatically mean that it is a legally customised or personalised product.

Some products are made after ordering using standard catalogue options. Other products may be made to the customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised.

Custom or personalised products may include products involving:

  • custom names, dates, inscriptions, or text;
  • customer-specific dimensions or measurements;
  • unique modifications requested by the customer;
  • custom artwork or designs commissioned specifically for the customer;
  • special non-standard configurations agreed with the customer.

Where applicable law provides an exception to the statutory right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods, that exception may apply to such products.

This does not affect mandatory rights relating to products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, materially different from the agreed specification, not as described, or otherwise legally non-conforming.

Further information is available in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Digital Products

Digital products may include STL files, 3D-printable models, PDF patterns, SVG files, DXF files, instructions, templates, and other electronically delivered content.

Digital products do not include a physical product unless the applicable product page expressly states otherwise.

Digital products are normally supplied electronically through a download link, customer account, order page, email, or another digital delivery method.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description and technical information before purchase, including where applicable:

  • file format;
  • dimensions and scale;
  • software compatibility;
  • printing or manufacturing requirements;
  • required equipment or materials;
  • assembly requirements;
  • other compatibility or interoperability information provided on the product page.

If a digital product is corrupted, incomplete, incorrect, materially not as described, unavailable, or cannot reasonably be accessed using the delivery method provided, please contact us.

Mandatory legal remedies for non-conforming digital content remain unaffected by these Terms.

9. Digital Delivery and Right of Withdrawal

Digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium may be subject to special statutory withdrawal rules.

Where applicable law requires your express consent before digital supply begins during a statutory withdrawal period, we will request that consent before beginning the relevant digital supply.

Where required by applicable law, we will also request your acknowledgement that beginning digital supply may result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.

A statutory withdrawal right is lost only where the legally required conditions have been satisfied.

Purchasing a digital product does not by itself waive or override any mandatory consumer right.

Detailed information about digital cancellations, withdrawal rights, refunds, defective files, and remedies is provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Digital Product Licenses

Purchasing a digital product provides you with a license to use the digital files. It does not transfer ownership of the original digital files or any intellectual property rights controlled by 3DPrintProps.

The applicable license may be stated on the individual product page.

Unless expressly permitted by the applicable product license, you may not:

  • resell the digital files;
  • redistribute or share the digital files;
  • upload the digital files to another website, marketplace, group, cloud library, or file-sharing service;
  • publish the digital files;
  • sublicense the digital files;
  • include the files or substantially identical copies in another digital bundle, subscription, collection, or download service;
  • claim authorship of original digital work created by 3DPrintProps.

Certain digital products may expressly include a limited commercial license allowing the purchaser to manufacture and sell physical products produced from the purchased digital files.

Where such permission is offered, the specific license stated on the applicable product page applies.

A license allowing physical commercial production does not automatically permit redistribution or resale of the underlying digital files.

Further licensing and intellectual property information is provided in our Legal Notice.

11. Third-Party Intellectual Property and Fan-Made Products

Some products sold through 3DPrintProps may reference, reproduce, adapt, be inspired by, or be compatible with designs, characters, props, costumes, films, television series, games, fictional universes, trademarks, or other material associated with third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such products are independently created, unofficial fan-made products and are not official merchandise.

References to third-party names or properties are intended to identify the inspiration, fictional reference, compatibility, appearance, costume, or subject matter of a product and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, authorization, or official licensing.

3DPrintProps does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, characters, fictional universes, logos, artwork, or other intellectual property belonging to their respective rights holders.

Any rights or licenses granted by 3DPrintProps apply only to rights that 3DPrintProps is legally entitled to grant.

A license granted by 3DPrintProps does not grant or imply rights in third-party intellectual property.

For additional information, please review our Legal Notice & Intellectual Property Disclaimer.

12. Customer-Supplied Material and Custom Commissions

If you provide photographs, artwork, logos, files, designs, measurements, text, reference material, or other content for a custom order, you confirm that you are legally entitled to provide that material to us for the purpose requested.

You must not knowingly request that we reproduce material where your requested use would clearly violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

Providing reference material does not transfer ownership of that material to 3DPrintProps.

We may use customer-supplied material only as reasonably necessary to communicate with you, evaluate the commission, produce the requested product, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Physical products are shipped according to the methods available for the relevant destination.

Shipping times are estimates unless a specific guaranteed delivery date has been expressly agreed.

International shipments may be affected by customs processing, postal delays, courier delays, transportation disruptions, local holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you discover an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been shipped.

Additional information about production, dispatch, tracking, customs, delayed parcels, damaged shipments, and undeliverable parcels is available in our Shipping Policy.

14. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Statutory Withdrawal

Cancellation, return, refund, and statutory withdrawal rights depend on the type of product, applicable consumer law, and the circumstances of the purchase.

Where applicable law gives a consumer a mandatory right of withdrawal, return, refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, termination, or another remedy, these Terms do not remove or restrict that right.

In particular:

  • eligible standard physical products may be subject to a statutory withdrawal right;
  • producing a standard catalogue product after an order is placed does not by itself remove a statutory withdrawal right;
  • goods made to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind withdrawal where permitted by law;
  • digital content may be subject to special rules concerning commencement of supply and loss of withdrawal rights;
  • sale or discounted pricing does not remove mandatory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products.

The complete rules and procedures are provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

15. Product Conformity and Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory statutory guarantees concerning the conformity of physical goods or digital content.

If applicable law entitles you to repair, replacement, bringing digital content into conformity, price reduction, refund, termination of the contract, or another legal remedy, those rights remain unaffected.

Any description in these Terms concerning handmade characteristics, technical compatibility, customer responsibility, product use, or limitations of the website must not be interpreted as excluding liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Replica Props, Prop Weapons and Customer Responsibility

Some physical products resemble firearms, blasters, swords, knives, daggers, staffs, or other real or fictional weapons.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these products are supplied as non-functional cosplay props, costume accessories, display pieces, replicas, or collectibles.

They are not intended to function as real weapons or firearms.

Customers are responsible for checking laws and rules applicable to possession, import, export, transportation, carrying, public display, convention use, event use, and other use of replica or prop weapons in their jurisdiction.

Some products may include colored tips, plugs, removable components, or other features intended to help identify them as props or replicas. Such features do not guarantee compliance with every local law, carrier requirement, customs rule, venue policy, or event regulation.

You must not use our products for unlawful activity or deliberately represent a non-functional prop as a real weapon in circumstances where doing so would violate applicable law.

17. Customer Accounts and Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and reasonably complete information required to process your order.

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out using your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Please contact us if you reasonably believe your account or order information has been accessed without authorization.

18. Acceptable Use of the Website

You must not use this website to:

  • commit or facilitate unlawful activity;
  • infringe intellectual property or other legal rights;
  • submit deliberately false or fraudulent information;
  • introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful material;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, servers, or related systems;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the website;
  • use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts or overloads the website;
  • collect personal information about other users unlawfully;
  • engage in fraudulent payment activity.

We may restrict access to the website or relevant services where reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct, fraud, security threats, material violations of these Terms, or legal requirements.

19. Reviews, Messages and Other User Content

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, message, or other content for publication on our website or social channels, you remain responsible for that content.

You must not knowingly submit content that:

  • infringes another person's intellectual property rights;
  • violates privacy or personality rights;
  • contains unlawful defamatory material;
  • contains malicious code;
  • is fraudulent or deliberately misleading.

Where you voluntarily provide content specifically for public display, such as a customer review or customer photograph, you grant us a non-exclusive permission to display, reproduce, format, and technically adapt that content as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was submitted.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

You may contact us if you wish to request removal of customer content you previously submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements.

20. Our Website Content

Except for third-party intellectual property, content created by 3DPrintProps may include product photographs, original text, instructions, diagrams, graphics, digital files, patterns, templates, and original modelling work.

Such content may not be copied, republished, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by applicable law or an applicable product license.

Nothing in this section claims ownership of underlying third-party intellectual property referenced or depicted in our products or website content.

21. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or provide access to third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, delivery services, social media platforms, analytics services, or other technical services.

The website may also contain links to third-party websites.

Third-party websites and services are generally governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the content or operation of independent third-party websites that we do not control.

Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that applicable law requires us to retain for services used in connection with your purchase.

22. Errors, Availability and Website Changes

Despite reasonable efforts, the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, incorrect prices, outdated availability information, technical errors, or other inaccuracies.

We may correct such errors and update website information when they are discovered.

If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where reasonably possible and handle the order in accordance with applicable contract and consumer law.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue website features or products for future use or future purchases.

Changes to the website do not remove rights or obligations that have already arisen under an existing contract unless permitted by applicable law.

23. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the website, customer account system, download service, or other online functionality will be continuously available without interruption.

Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, hosting problems, network failures, security incidents, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an interruption prevents access to purchased digital content, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide another legally appropriate remedy.

24. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory liability relating to:

  • statutory consumer rights;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • death or personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
  • defective or unsafe products where applicable law imposes liability;
  • any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3DPrintProps is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed and that do not result from a breach of a mandatory legal obligation.

We are not responsible for loss resulting solely from:

  • unlawful use of a product by the customer;
  • use contrary to clearly stated product instructions or warnings;
  • unauthorised modification of a product;
  • incompatible software or equipment where compatibility requirements were clearly disclosed before purchase;
  • failure by the customer to comply with local laws concerning replica props or similar regulated items;
  • events outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not override mandatory consumer protections.

25. Privacy and Personal Information

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party providers used in connection with the store may also process personal information in accordance with applicable law and their respective privacy terms.

26. Relationship Between These Terms and Other Policies

These Terms should be read together with:

If a product page contains specific terms concerning dimensions, materials, personalization, digital licensing, commercial use, or other product-specific matters, those specific terms apply to that product.

Product-specific terms do not override mandatory consumer law and do not grant intellectual property rights that 3DPrintProps is not legally entitled to grant.

27. Governing Law and Consumer Protection

These Terms and contracts entered into through the 3DPrintProps store are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, subject to applicable mandatory rules of private international law and consumer protection law.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law that would otherwise apply to you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any right a consumer may have to bring a claim before a court or competent consumer protection body where such a right is provided by applicable law.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply unless applicable law requires otherwise.

29. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not necessarily mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.

Similarly, nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as requiring a consumer to waive a mandatory legal right.

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services, website functionality, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The current version will be published on this page together with the “Last updated” date.

Changes normally apply to future use of the website and future purchases.

Where applicable law requires consent or notice before a change can affect an existing contract, the relevant legal requirements will apply.
