About 3DPrintProps — 3D Printing & Cosplay Prop Studio

3DPrintProps is an independent 3D printing and prop-making studio creating finished cosplay props, movie and video game-inspired replicas, custom commissions and printable 3D models since 2016.

We combine digital design with hands-on craftsmanship, handling the complete production process from reference research and 3D modeling to FDM and resin printing, assembly, sanding, painting, weathering and final finishing.

Because we work with both digital design and physical production, our models are created with real-world scale, printing, assembly and finishing requirements in mind — not just as digital renders.

What We Create

Our primary focus is finished cosplay props and character-inspired replicas for costumes, conventions, photoshoots, collecting and display.

We also create custom commissions, printable 3D models, leather accessories and selected mixed-media projects. Depending on the design, a project may combine printed parts with leather, electronics, hardware or other materials.

    Custom digital modeling for physical props and printable files, designed with real-world production and assembly in mind.

    FDM and UV-resin 3D printing for projects ranging from large cosplay props to smaller detailed components.

    Assembly, sanding, priming, hand painting and weathering to turn printed parts into finished physical props.

  • Mixed-Media Craft

    Selected projects can include leatherwork, laser cutting, engraving, electronics and other materials or fabrication techniques.

How We Make a Custom Prop

  • 1. Reference & Planning

    We review reference images, dimensions, intended use and project requirements.

  • 2. 3D Modeling

    The prop is modeled or prepared digitally with printing, assembly and real-world dimensions in mind.

  • 3. 3D Printing

    Parts are produced using FDM or resin printing depending on size, geometry and required detail.

  • 4. Assembly & Finishing

    Printed parts are assembled, sanded, primed and prepared for the final finish.

  • 5. Painting & Final Details

    The prop is hand painted, weathered and completed with any required accessories or additional materials.
