Thank you for shopping with 3DPrintProp.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. Our shop specializes in 3D printed physical products and digital designs, including STL files. Different return and refund rules apply depending on the product type.
This policy applies to change-of-mind cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds. It does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

2. Custom-Made, Made-to-Order, and Personalised Physical Products
Most physical products in our store are made individually after purchase and are not ready-made stock items.
Many products are custom-made, personalised, made to order, or produced according to the customer’s selected options, specifications, configuration, colour, finish, size, text, or other individual order details.
Because these products are made specifically for each customer, they cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind once the order has been accepted and production has started.
This applies only to change-of-mind cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds. It does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, not as described, cannot be supplied, or where a remedy is required by applicable law.
3. EU / EEA / UK Consumers: Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you may normally have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.
However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Because our custom-made and personalised physical products are produced according to the customer’s selected specifications, configuration, colour, finish, size, text, or other individual order details, they are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal, except where the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, not as described, cannot be supplied, or where a refund is required by applicable law.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies and has not been excluded by law, we will process the request in accordance with applicable consumer law.
For eligible standard stock items, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories where possible. The customer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
4. Digital Products and STL Files
Digital products, including STL files, downloadable files, and other digital content, are non-returnable once delivery has begun, except where the digital product is defective, incorrect, not as described, cannot be supplied, or where a refund is required by applicable law.
For customers located in the EU, EEA, or UK, by purchasing digital files and requesting delivery by email or download, you give your prior express consent for the digital content to be supplied before the end of any applicable withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital download or email delivery begins.
5. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after receipt.
If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at 3dprintprop@gmail.com and include the following information:

A detailed description of the issue.

Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Photos of the shipping packaging if the item was damaged in transit.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. This may include repair, replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable solution.
If a return is required because the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, we will provide return instructions and handle return shipping costs as required by applicable law.
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at 3dprintprop@gmail.com.
If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel the order.
Once production has started, change-of-mind cancellation is no longer possible for custom-made, made-to-order, or personalised products, except where the item cannot be supplied or where cancellation is required by applicable law.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges for custom-made, made-to-order, personalised, or digital products.
If the item you received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at 3dprintprop@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate remedy.
8. Return Shipping
Items must not be sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
For approved change-of-mind returns where a return is legally required or approved by us, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
If a return is approved because the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package and will handle return shipping costs as required by applicable law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any approved return. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit unless the return shipment was arranged by us or unless otherwise required by law.
9. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, import fees, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
10. Statutory Withdrawal Form
Complete and return this form only if you are an EU, EEA, or UK consumer wishing to withdraw from an eligible contract where the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
