• 12 × single-cap rivets – 9 mm
• 17 × single-cap rivets – 6 mm
• 1 × M3 × 10 mm countersunk-head screw
• 1 × M3 nut
• 1 × M3 washer
• 6 × snap fasteners – 15 mm
• 1 × buckle – 20 mm

• Suitable leather
• Waxed thread for leather stitching
• Leather adhesive
• Material for making the metal components

Metal Parts

The download includes full-size templates for the metal components used on the belt and holster assembly. These templates can be transferred to suitable sheet metal and cut using your preferred fabrication method.

The metal parts shown in the finished example are not included as physical items.

DL-44 Compatibility

The holster pattern is designed around a standard Han Solo DL-44 blaster profile. Please note that dimensions may vary between different replica manufacturers, 3D models, and custom-built props.

We strongly recommend printing the relevant holster pieces on paper first and checking the fit with your specific DL-44 replica before cutting the final leather.

To maintain the correct dimensions, print the PDF using the following settings:

Fit to Page	OFF
Automatic Scaling	OFF

Do not use “Fit to Page”, “Shrink Oversized Pages”, or any automatic scaling option.

After printing, check the reference dimensions included in the pattern before transferring the templates to leather.
